|Mr Jingles has come into rescue as his owners were not able to manage his energy levels. He is a friendly boy who has lots of energy and he would like a home where his training can be continued and where he can be given a job to do. He would excell at agility, working trials or obedience. He can be a bit anxious about new things and doesn't like the hoover or small dogs. He has never been left on his own so will need a family where someone is around initially to teach him some self reliance. |
Mr J has been in foster for a few days and this is what they have said -
Mr Jingles is a loving boy who needs someone who is able to give him quiet time to help him deal with the outside world. He walked well in his halti, until he chewed it and we found him quite relaxed on a long line. His recall needs a lot more work. He is good with his food/around food and the whole family enjoyed teaching him 'down' from the walk. However, he took to jumping up at us all in his excitement and needs someone to get to grips with this from the very start. He would benefit from being with another older dog who can put him in his place and give him confidence.
